Due to the runway excursion of another airline’s aircraft announced earlier, Cebu Pacific has already cancelled the following flights:
- 5J 272 Manila-Hong Kong
- 5J 929 Manila-Bangkok
- 5J 5054 Manila-Narita
- 5J 110 Manila-Hong Kong
In addition, we are also cancelling below flights for today, August 17, 2018:
- 5J 273 Hong Kong-Manila
- 5J 930 Bangkok-Manila
- 5J 5055 Narita-Manila
- 5J 111 Hong Kong-Manila
- 5J 805 Manila-Singapore
- 5J 806 Singapore-Manila
Passengers on these affected flights may avail any of the following options, without penalties:
- Rebook their flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date;
- Get a full refund; or
- Place the cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use.
Affected passengers are strongly advised to not come to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport until they receive a new, confirmed itinerary. We encourage passengers to manage their rebooking or refunds through the “Manage Booking” section in the Cebu Pacific website, www.cebupacificair.com.
We may also be reached through the CEB hotline at +632 702 0888. However, due to the volume of calls we may be receiving, the fastest way to rebook or refund your flight will be through the Cebu Pacific website.
