CLARK FREEPORT – The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the municipality of Porac and Department of Education (DepEd) for the construction of a P7.18-million, two-storey school building for the Manibaug Libutad Elementary School in Porac town.

CDC president Noel Manankil signed the MOA with Jaime Capil, punong barangay of Manibaug Libutad; Sylvia Fernandez, principal of Manibaug Libutad Elementary School; and CDC assistant vice president Rommel Narciso.

Manankil said the building would be completed in two years.

Each building will have three classrooms.

The new building will also house the school clinic, library and classrooms for Grades 3 and 4, he added.

“Through CDC’s design and quality control, the new classrooms will be more conducive to learning and will be constructed in accordance to the child-friendly school system of DepEd,” he also said.
