CLARK FREEPORT – Premier destination for family bonding – the newest tagline for this freeport.

This came as Clark Development Corp. president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera emphasized the importance of green and open spaces and led efforts to create family-friendly environments.

“There’s a cost to maintaining our parks, but it’s worth it. Because then, we can have a brand for the CDC, let’s have a brand for Clark—that this is the place for family bonding,” she said at the agency’s February 19 flag-raising ceremony.

“I encourage all officials and employees of the CDC to visit Clark and bring your families,” exhorted Devanadera, setting herself with three grandchildren as an example.

The CDC president underscored the organization’s commitment to both financial targets and serving surrounding communities. “With what we earn, it’s only right that we share with the community by making our parks and open spaces accessible to all.”

“I would like to request that our Security Services Group (CDC-SSG) open all parking spaces to outsiders, especially on weekends. Our goal is to encourage people to visit here,” she emphasized.

Also, in a flag-raising rite early this month, Devanadera launched the “Green Office” initiative, requiring each division to decorate their workspaces with indoor plants to promote mental well-being.

The CDC, she said, is committed to environmental stewardship pursuant to its goal of promoting Clark as a vibrant and sustainable live, work, and play community.
