MANILA – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated three units of Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) to the provincial government of Pampanga on Wednesday, June 22.

Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda was represented by Dr. Zenon Ponce, provincial health officer during the turn-over ceremony together with the designated PTV drivers.

“Our heartfelt gratitude to PCSO for providing additional PTVs through the initiative of our Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Vice Governor Lilia Pineda and Provincial Administrator Atty. Charlie Chua,” said Dr. Ponce.

In support of the Pineda administration’s agenda on the expansion of health services and facilities, the PTVs will be utilized in serving the medical needs of the Kapampangans.

Atty. Marissa Medrano, PCSO Charity Assistance manager facilitated the signing and orientation of the Deed of Donation of 49 Local Government Units in Toyota Otis, Paco, Manila.

“We would like to also acknowledge the Provincial government’s support to the programs of PCSO and we are very grateful to the Pampanga government,” said Julieta Aseo PCSO Assistant General Manager for the Charity sector.

The PCSO donation of vehicles is under the Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program (MTVDP) with the end-in-view of providing transportation service to patients requiring medical response going to the nearest treatment health facility.
