CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Provincial Government of Pampanga continues to support residents in the Northville Resettlement area in Barangay Calulut here by providing free access to clean water, roofing materials, and assistance for women.
Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Gov. Lilia “Nanay” Pineda prompted the installation of community water pumps alongside residences and oversaw the distribution of free water pails to households.
Reports from the provincial government environment and natural resources office showed over 50 water pumps have been installed or repaired in the area and nearby barangays through the Alagang Nanay Preventive Healthcare Program, ensuring safe and sustainable water access to meet the basic needs of Kapampangans.
The provincial engineering office also provided roofing materials and conducted home repairs for families in need. To date, more than 190 households in the city have benefited from this rehabilitation program.
In celebration of Women’s Month, over 2,000 women in Northville Resettlement also received hygiene kits and financial assistance, empowering them with care and support.
These initiatives reaffirm the Pineda administration’s unwavering commitment to uplifting Fernandinos through sustainable and impactful community programs. Photos: PPIO
