CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Barangay health workers throughout the province received 106,426 face shields and thermometers for distribution to senior citizens in their respective communities.

A total of 5,333 oximeters were also issued to the BHWs in checking the oxygen levels of sickly seniors.

In a message in social media, Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda enjoined close relatives or caregivers of the elderly to immediately inform the BHWs in case their wards show signs of fever or low oxygen levels for prompt medical.

In this city, board member Rosve Henson supervised the distribution of the oximeters and thermometers to the BHWs at the Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex.
