CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – A total of 262 new board passers received aid from the Provincial Government of Pampanga, through the Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP) of Vice Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda in support of their continuing journey toward professional success.

Each beneficiary received no less than ₱12,000 in aid to help cover their review and licensure examination expenses. This initiative highlights the Capitol’s commitment to easing the financial challenges faced by students as they transition into their chosen professions.

The vice governor personally led the recent distribution of assistance, joined by board members Fritzie David Dizon, Dr. Kaye Naguit, Sajid Eusoof, Cherry Manalo, and Christian Halili, reinforcing the provincial government’s united support for the educational and career aspirations of Kapampangan youth.

One of the grateful beneficiaries, Myllah Sultan, 24, is now a licensed nurse. She credited the EFAP program for the critical support it provided throughout her studies, review, and licensure journey.

“Sobrang saya ko po talaga kasi makakahelp na po ako sa pamilya ko. Sobrang laking help po talaga nito lalo na ang mga tuition po sobrang taas po at makabawas po sa gastusin ng pamilya ko,” she said.

Through EFAP, the provincial government continues to invest in education, nurture future professionals, and uplift the lives of Kapampangan families. Pampanga PIO/Photos: Daniel Ombina
