CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – A onestop-shop for all Canon lovers.
This is the newly renovated Canon flagship store at the SM City Pampanga as it once again opened to the public on Friday.
Roshan K. Danyani, assistant sales manager of Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc., said the newly-renovated store is more customer friendly describing it as “generation 3 or 4.”
“It’s advanced in a sense because the standard design is a bit more higher level,” he said.
“It’s a full-blown store which means as you enter, we have a range of cameras – mirror less and SLRs (single lens reflect), and point and shoot cameras are also available here,” he added.
“At the same time for those cameras that you can interchange the lenses, you can use the lens cabinet over here,” he pointed out.
“So, its really full range, we even have post service,” he noted.
“As a customer, this is everything you need to know about as you walk in, up to the time you walk out,” he said.
“We came up with this store because it comes up with the demand of the market so when you look up other brands, they have their own versions as well of what they are really pushing up,” he said.
Danyani explained that customers who buy a camera and want to print their photos can use the Canon printers at the store for a completely different range.
He said all warranties are handled by Canon promoters and staff in the store as well as service-related concerns.
“We have our own authorize service areas so they will be the one to do it for you,” he said.
Danyani said the Canon flagship store at SM City Pampanga, located in an island in the middle of SM’s cyber lounge, is the fourth flagship store in the Philippines but the first for Pampanga as well as for northern and central Luzon.
Canon’s first flagship store is located at SM Aura, the others are in Glorieta and Robinsons’ Galleria.
