The newly renovated restaurant came to my amazement during recent visit in Cabalen SM City Clark.
It defines classy and homey look, enough lights elegantly illuminates red, black and earth color scheme, mirror walls enlarge the space, wooden furniture, walls with meticulous handcrafted carvings and not to mention enormous capiz chandeliers perfectly match the restaurant’s Asian ambience.
“We launched Fil-Asian buffet in Pampanga last November 2010, we are happy and proud because customers liked the new selection of food in the buffet. From the time we launched it, we got very good results.
Our regular customers mostly balikbayan including foreigners have more food choices and appreciate the comfortable homey restaurant ambience,” says Cabalen dining supervisor Raymond Santos.
Very affordable at P398 net per head, you get to taste dishes from different Asian countries like Japanese assorted maki and tempura, Korean kimchi, Chinese dimsum, and Cabalen’s specialty Filipino dishes kare kare, sisig, paksiw lechon, gatang kuhol, bringhe.
Long dessert table serves chocolate fondue, halo halo, kakanin, ginataan and fresh fruits.
“Food is great, ambience is perfect and service is excellent. I like tocino and crispy pla pla, my son liked kare kare and my daughter liked beef caldareta.
