CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Four persons landed in jail after falling in a drug sting operation in Barangay Muzon, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan Thursday.
Acting SJDM police chief Lt. Col. Julius Alvaro said the suspects, all jobless and residents of the said barangay, were arrested after consummating a deal with a police poseur-buyer for P5,000 worth of marijuana.
Recovered from the suspects four blocks of marijuana weighing three kilos with an estimated street value of P600,000.
All four are now detained facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
In the City of San Fernando, P340,000 worth of shabu was seized in a recent buy-bust operation.
Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Ibay said arrested in the operations were Alexis Sebastian, 30, tagged by the police as “Regional Priority Street Level Individual,” and John Oliver Herrera, 32, both of Barangay Calulut.
Seized from the suspects were 11 sachets of shabu weighing 55 grams and with an estimated value of P340,000 and various drug paraphernalia.
Sebastian and Herrera now face charges for violation of Section 5 and Section 11, Article II of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
