CABANATUAN CITY – Prayer
and praises to the Lord for having been spared from the onslaught of Typhoon Rolly will only be complete once the faithful became an answer to the cry of peopleย adversely affected by the weather disturbance, the Catholic prelate here said Monday.

Bishop Sofronio Bancud of the Diocese of Cabanatuan encouraged the faithful to take part in helping people recover from the devastation brought about by the super typhoon.

He called on his flock to share material and spiritual support. Parishes and the Alay Kapwa-Social Action Office (AK-SAC), he said, are open to facilitate the donations.

This, even as he urged continuous prayer for the nation to be strong and united amid all forms of adversities.
