OLONGAPO CITY— A criminal gang member listed in the top most wanted list in Bataan was arrested by elements of CIDG-Olongapo in Barangay Old Cabalan on Aug. 24.
CIDG-Olongapo chief Major Ace Christopher Baybayan identified the suspect as Michael Roberts Lingad, 39, of Purok 2, Barangay Sumalo, Hermosa, Bataan. The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Dona Castro Baltazar, of Family Court, Branch 2, Balanga City for rape with no bail recommended.
Report said suspect is a member of Montaliona criminal group and listed Top 7 Most Wanted Person in Bataan province.
The suspect is now in custody of CIDG-Olongapo.
