BALANGA CITY – A man listed in the Sibat Target of the Bataan police and wanted for rape has been arrested in Caloocan City.
Joint elements of Bataan PNP headed by Col. Jesus Rebua and Caloocan City police station headed by Col. Dario Menor effected the arrest in Kabulusan 1, Barangay 23, Caloocan of Benjie Dela Fuente y Labrador, alias Bongbong/Louie, 36, resident of Barangay Tortugas, Balanga City.
De la Fuente was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Executive Judge Marion Jacqueline Poblete of RTC Branch 3, Balanga City, Bataan under Criminal Case Nos. 18128 for the crime of Rape and 18129 for the crime of Rape by Sexual Assault with no bail recommended.
