BALANGA City, Bataan: The Philippine National Police in Bataan conducted training on hand sanitizer – making for female personnel in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) at Camp PFC Cirilo Tolentino here Tuesday.
Bataan police director Colonel Palmer Z. Tria said the training aimed to provide alternative sources of income for the female personnel of the Bataan Police Provincial Office and their families.
At the seminar held at the Post Conference Room of Camp Tolentino, the participants were taught on the use of ingredients and equipment in the proper way of making hand sanitizers. They were able to create their own sanitizers for personal use and for sale.
“The Bataan PNP and TESDA have been working together to provide livelihood opportunities for the police force. This partnership aims to support the government’ s efforts to promote economic development and provide sustainable livelihoods for the people,” Tria said.
The activity was part of the memorandum of agreement entered into between the Bataan PNP and TESDA.
