Barangay Balibago’s Allayzah Marie M. Cuyugan took home the prize of ₱100,000 as the Grand Winner in the just-concluded Reyna De Las Flores 2025, the Queen of Flowers competition staged by the city government under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.
First runner-up is Czyra Fe F. Camaya of Barangay Pampang, while second runner-up is Misaki S. Takeishi of Barangay Anunas, with prizes of ₱50,000 and ₱25,000, respectively.
Thirty-one Angeleñas representing their respective barangays participated in this year’s Reyna De Las Flores third year edition.
For Best Arch, Barangay Anunas was awarded as grand winner with ₱100,000 cash prize.
Meanwhile, Barangay Pampang and Barangay Balibago bagged 1st and 2nd runner-up, receiving ₱15,000 and ₱25,000 respectively.
Other winners are Barangay Margot for Early Bird for Arch, receiving ₱15,000 cash prize.
For Early Bird for Sagala, Barangay Amsic got the award with ₱15,000.
Mayor Pogi’s Choice, who took home P15,000 cash prize, is Barangay Pampang, while Best Filipiniana Gown winner, Czyra Fe F. Camaya took home ₱20,000.
Serving as the Reyna De Las Flores 2025 judges are Michael Castañeda, Pampanga Provincial Tourism Officer; Jenneah Lenore Encarnacion of The Dance Conservatory; Bettina Arriola, Curator of the Museum of Philippine Social History; Maribel Q. Ronquillo, Manager of JDN & Sons Inc.; and Riza Lozano, CIAC Compliance AVP for Legal Services.
Mayor Lazatin, with only six weeks left in office, thanked the working team behind this successful event led by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel with Angeles City Tourism Office led by Anneleen Antonio-Sugui.
Part also of the working committee are Angeles City Economic Development Investment Promotions Office led by Chief Irish Bonus-Llego, Gender and Development Office led by Mina Cabiles, Environmental Management System and Angeles City Traffic Development Office led by Francis Pangilinan, Angeles City Tourism Auxiliary led by Michael Lising, City Nutrition Office led by Francis De Guzman, Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office led by Rudy Simeon, City Information Office led by Arnel San Pedro, and Angeles City Police Office led by Pcol. Joselito Villarosa.
Mayor Lazatin also expressed his gratitude to Barangay Officials who supported the event.

This event is a testament to the beauty and talent of Angeleños,” Mayor Lazatin said.
