The Asticom Group of Companies is celebrating another milestone as it has reached 5,000 employees nationwide just seven years since its inception.

The Globe Group’s shared services provider continues to push forward, gearing up to create 15,000 more employment opportunities in the next three to five years.  It also seeks to expand its operations, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups within and beyond the Philippines.

Asticom believes in contributing to the country’s economic recovery by supporting businesses and providing employment to job seekers. It has created more opportunities for Filipinos through the launch of its subsidiaries Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), HCX Technology Partners Inc. (HCX) and Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. (FINSI) in 2021.

To keep pace with the rapid business growth, Asticom launched Asti Shared Services Center (AstiSSC) in January which provides crucial business operations support to all of its subsidiaries within the group and accelerates service delivery to its clients.

With the belief of providing equal opportunities to job seekers, Asticom welcomes people from all walks of life, including fresh graduates and undergraduates. It looks at different ways of engaging potential employees such as part-time and full-time jobs or roles on a per project basis.

The Asticom group started solely as a staffing and shared solutions company led by five people back in 2015. It eventually evolved into a service enterprise that generated 3,000 jobs in 2021 alone, combating the unemployment crisis caused by the pandemic.

Being part of the Globe Group, Asticom is committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG), which promote inclusive economic growth and decent and quality work for all.

“We aim to provide valuable talents and innovative solutions for our clients through our diverse business portfolio. We strive to build a workforce that is empowered and passionate about our shared purpose: improving Filipino lives,” said Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, President and CEO of Asticom Group of Companies.
