Senior Inspector Pancho Doble, Castillejos PNP Chief, identified the suspects as Nilo Rosendal, 43, tricycle driver, of Purok 4, Barangay Del Carmen; Jerry Roque, 44, tricycle driver, of Purok 4, Barangay Del Pilar; Rodelito Trimor, 44, barber, of St. Nichols Subdivision, Barangay Del Pilar; Jaered Navarro, 29, tricycle driver of Purok 2, Barangay Balaybay; Julie Ann Turnilla, 22, of Purok 5-A, Barangay San Pablo and Mia May Calimbas, 23, of Purok 2, Barangay San Agustin all of Castillejos town.
Rosendal was arrested selling plastic sachet of shabu to police poseur-buyer. After selling drug, the suspect invited the poseur inside his house that resulted to the arrest of other suspects who were caught “possessing in proximate company” four small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu.
Also recovered were assorted drug paraphernalia and electronic weighing scale.
All suspects were locked up in jail facing charges for violation of Section 5, 6, 13 & 14, Article II of RA 9165. (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
