Under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., the Angeles City Government continues the free anti-flu vaccination program for City Hall employees, Senior Citizens, and individuals with co-morbidities in the city.
On January 2, 2025, Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel led the meeting for the preparation of the vaccination roll-out.
The meeting was attended by City Health Officer Dr. Verona Guevarra; City Human Resources and Management Officer Rowena Yambao, City Social Welfare and Development Officer-in-Charge Francis De Guzman, Office for Senior Citizens Affairs Head Ed Torres, and Gender and Development Officer-in-Charge Mina Cabiles.
“Kailangan din ng proteksyon ng ating mga kawani ng city hall para magampanan ng mabuti ang kanilang mga gawain at mas lalong mapagsilbihan ang mga Angeleño. Prayoridad din natin ang mga Senior Citizens bilang parte ng pagpapahalaga ng ating administrasyon sa kalusugan,” said Lazatin.
