OLONGAPO CITY —An American national listed as a high value target of the Philippine National Police (PNP) was arrested here for possession of illegal drugs.
The suspect was identified as Keith Owens y Bernard, 49, presently residing at Valerio’s Residence Apartment, Gallagher St., Barangay East Tapinac.
Owens was arrested by joint operatives of Olongapo City Police Drug Enforcement Unit and City Intelligence Branch by virtue of a search warrant issued by Judge Roline M. Ginez-Jabalde of RTC Branch 74, Olongapo City.
Confiscated from the suspect were six small heatsealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 0.190 grams, one opened plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue, digital weighing scale and assorted drugs paraphernalia.
