CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Making an example of himself in going through safety protocols, Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago did the rounds of cemeteries and memorial parks Tuesday to ascertain that regulations laid out by the city government to check the spread of Covid-19 are strictly in place.
Police teams have also been deployed to keep the peace.
As all burial grounds are closed from Oct. 29 to Nov. 4 per order of the national IATF, city residents have been visiting the tombs of their departed loved ones since last week.
