CLARK FREEPORT—A 10-year lease agreement between Clark Development Corp. and WCC Aeronautical and Technological College (WCC-ATC) Clark Inc. was signed on Oct. 27, paving the way for the development of an aviation training facility inside the freeport.

The signing took place at the Clark Visitors Center, led by CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera and WCC-ATC president Raymond Patrick Guico.

The facility, which will operate on a 2,217-square-meter property along S. Osmeña Street, aims to support the aviation industry’s workforce needs, particularly within Clark’s growing aviation ecosystem.

“We welcome you here, and we look forward to a very fruitful and symbiotic relationship,” Devanadera said. “We’re not saying it’s because of CDC alone. It’s really a partnership, we’ve developed ourselves and each other.”

Guico said WCC is bringing aircraft, engines, and simulators to Clark, with plans to expand its student base.

“This is not just a strategic move — it’s a commitment built on trust and communication,” he added. CDC-PR
