MANDALUYONG CITY — The Asian Development Bank and Clark Development Corp. formalized a donation agreement on Nov. 18, at ADB Headquarters in this city.
The donation, which covers furniture, will benefit communities identified through CDC’s CSR initiatives. It likewise affirms CDC’s continuing engagement and partnership with Metro Clark Advisory Council member LGUs.
Leading the signing were ADB Corporate Services Department director general Lakshmi Menon and CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera.

Menon said the donation reflects ADB’s continuing commitment to local development and acknowledged CDC’s role in facilitating public-private partnerships in Clark.
Devanadera emphasized CDC’s function as a conduit between global institutions and local communities.
“CDC remains committed to bridging development partners like ADB with the grassroots sectors we serve,” she said.
The turnover of donated items is scheduled to follow the signing, with distribution to local government offices in Clark and surrounding areas.
CDC officials were welcomed by Menon, along with senior ADB officials Rishmil Patel, advisor and head of governance and portfolio management; Paula Kim, director, Institutional Services Division; and Mark Gibb, director, Organizational Resilience and Security Division.
Also present during the signing were CDC vice presidents Atty. Noelle Mina Meneses for Business Development and Business Enhancement Group, PMGen. Lina Castillo Sarmiento (Ret.) for Security Services Group, and Atty. Gloria Victoria Taruc for Legal Affairs, along with other members of the senior management team. CDC-PR
