On May 4 Quest Clark unveiled the Mother’s Day art exhibit “Ing Pusu Ning Ima” (The heart of a mother) in support of the Live, Love, Local campaign. Striking mother and child paintings and photographs made by local artists Ana Algadre Hernandez, Marylou Millan, Pie Pan and Marie DC filled the Mequeni Lounge with aglow. The art exhibit is in partnership with A & B Events and will run until May 31.
After a long, hard day’s work, small group of working moms invited by Quest Clark took time out from work and family to de-stress and revel in the simple pleasures of painting and girl bonding in this light yet intimate “Sip and Paint” event. It was a free art workshop with Marylou Millan that really awaken my artistic flair while relishing a complimentary sweet and savory snacks plus refreshments last May 5 at the Mequeni Lounge.
