A Toast to Excellence: Honoring Clark’s Tourism Trailblazers

CLARK FREEPORT— Clark Development Corporation (CDC), under the leadership of President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, hosted an appreciation event on March 14 at Deco Central Clark—a celebration titled “A Toast to Excellence.”

The gathering honored the visionaries and stakeholders who have made Clark Freeport the top tourist destination in Central Luzon, solidifying its status as a premier hub for tourism, business, and leisure.

CDC executives joined Tourism-Related Enterprises (TREs) in a celebratory toast, marking Clark’s continued growth and success. Present during the event were CDC Board of Directors members, Dir. Atty. Helen Nicolette Henson and Dir. Sharon Faye R. Malapitan-Bautista.
Also in attendance were CDC officials and members of the senior management, including Atty. Gloria Victoria Yap-Taruc, Vice President for Legal Affairs; Jose Miguel de la Rosa, Vice President for Administration and Finance Group; Atty. Noelle Mina Meneses, Vice President for Business Development and Business Enhancement Group; Engr. Teresito Tiotuyco, Vice President for Engineering Services Group; PMGen. Lina Castillo Sarmiento (Ret.), Vice President for Security Services; and Ma. Zoraida Camello, Special Assistant to the President and CEO.

The evening also celebrated CDC’s achievements, including accolades from the Department of Tourism Region III TRES Awards, which recognized the corporation’s innovative marketing efforts and its advocacy for the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence. These milestones reflect the vibrancy and growing impact of Clark’s tourism sector, with visitor arrivals soaring and investments driving growth.

The CDC chief said the state-run corporation remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering collaboration and creating opportunities that elevate Clark Freeport as a world-class destination for generations to come.

“I beam with pride as I present the men and women of CDC to our locator-partners. We all know that the best is yet to come!” Atty. Devanadera concluded.
