On October 15, 2024, the Province of Bulacan embarked on a transformative journey in public service by unveiling the Electronic Local Government Unit (eLGU) System at Catalino’s Hall, 8 Waves Hotel and Resort in San Rafael. This landmark event was a crucial initiative led by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), with Secretary Ivan Uy and eGovernment Undersecretary David Almirol at the forefront.
The launch witnessed significant participation from local officials, reflecting the collaborative spirit driving the eLGU initiative. Among the attendees were Bulacan Governor Hon. Daniel R.
