ANGELES CITY—Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., on December 7, 2023 awarded Certificates of Recognition and cash incentives to Model Employees for the year 2023 for their valuable contributions and exemplary performance in their duties as public servants.
The certificates, along with cash incentives, were awarded during the City Hall Employees Recognition Night.
“Your work ethics are now the standards for the excellent and dedicated delivery of our administration’s programs and services,” Mayor Lazatin said.
A total of 87 awardees consisting of 48 Contract of Service (COS), 25 permanent, and 13 casual employees received the said awards from Mayor Lazatin.

“Siyempre, ‘di pa rito matatapos ang ating tungkulin, at marami pa tayong kayang ibahagi sa ating mga kababayan,” Lazatin furthered.
The award aims to recognize those who have been excellent in doing their part in delivering services to the Angeleños through their line of work, and boost the morale of other employees to always do their best as public servants.
