The culminating activity of the 45th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week took place at the mall atrium of SM City Telabastagan, marking the successful conclusion of a week-long event dedicated to promoting accessibility and rights for persons with disabilities (PWDs). Organized by the Central Luzon Federation of Persons With Disabilities and attended by Reg. 3 Chapters from Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, and Olongapo, the event showcased an inspiring display of talent and inclusivity, with an estimated crowd of 350 individuals.

Under the theme “Persons with Disabilities Accessibility and Rights: Towards a Sustainable Future where No One is Left Behind,” the culminating activity aimed to emphasize the importance of equal opportunities and a society that values the contributions of PWDs. The event celebrated the abilities of PWDs and highlighted their determination to overcome challenges and thrive.
