SAN MARCELINO, Zambales — A tricycle driver was arrested by operatives of the municipal station after selling shabu to a police poseur buyer at Purok 2, Barangay Rabanes here.
Senior Inspector Geoffrey Javier, head of the San Marcelino PNP, identified the suspect as Jerry Bustamante y Hefervez, alias Jerry Tisoy, 46, single, tricycle driver and a resident of the said barangay.
Confiscated from the suspect were the P200 buy-bust money and one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu.
The suspect was detained at San Marcelino Municipal Police Station facing charges for violation of Section 5, 11 and 15 Article II of RA 9165 before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in Olongapo City.
Bustamante was listed in the drug watch list of Oplan Lambat-Sibat.
