IBA, Zambales – The Zambales Police Provincial Police Office (ZPPO) had arrested six “Most Wanted Persons” in simultaneous operations against criminals here.
Senior Supt. Rolando Felix, ZPPO Director, identified the suspects as:
– Amy Esquivel, 33, single, jobless and a resident of Sitio Caburao, Barangay Aglao, San Marcelino town. She was arrested by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest issued by Judge Clodualdo M. Monta of RTC Branch 74, Olongapo City, for the crime of murder docketed under Criminal Case No. RTC-263-06 with no bail recommended.
Esquivel is listed Number 6 in the Top Twenty Most Wanted Persons (TTMWP) in the municipality of Subic.
– Dennis Raguini, 39, married and a resident of Barangay Nagbunga, San Marcelino. He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest also issued by Monta for estafa thru falsification docketed under Criminal Case No. RTC-5329-I with recommended bail fixed at P40,000 for his provisional liberty.
Raguini is listed Number 8 in the TTMWP in San Marcelino.
– Jesus Felarca, 58, married, farmer and Remedios Canonizado, 47, married, jobless, both residents of Barangay San Juan, San Narciso. They were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rainier P Concepcion, presiding judge of MTC San Narciso for falsification of public documents docketed under Criminal Case No. 6062 and 6063 with recommended bail fixed at P12,000 and P24,000 respectively for their provisional liberty.
Felarca and Canonizado are both listed Number 15 in the TTMWP in San Narciso.
– Sonny Mark Orge, 32, jobless and a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Palanginan, Iba. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Consuelo Amog-Bocar of RTC Branch 71, Zambales for violation of Section 10, Art. VI of RA 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. RTC-5581-I with recommended bail amounting to P80,000.
Orge is listed Number 17 in the TTMWP in Iba.
– Rodrigo Navergas, 51, married, caretaker and a resident of Purok 13, Phase II, NTRA, Barangay Taugtog, Botolan. He was arrested by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest issued by Judge Josefina D Farrales of RTC, Branch 69, Iba, Zambales for rape under Art 266-A (1) (a) in relation to Art. 266 (b) of the Revised Penal Code docketed under Criminal case No. 4440-1 with no bail recommended.
The suspect was listed Number 3 in the TTMWP in Botolan.
