The Warning coming soon?

One major reason to believe in the Garabandal, Spain apparitions is that both Padre Pio and Mother Teresa, who were both alive during the events in the early 1960’s, believed in their authenticity. This, on top of the backing of Paul VI.

So Garabandal prophecies are worth seriously considering. The major prophecies include, chronologically, the Warning, the Miracle, and the Chastisement. These three are supposed to precede the end of time, not the end of the world, so said the Blessed Mother in Garabandal..

But I’d like to focus on the Warning. Rather, on when it is likely to happen.

Garabandal visionary Conchita Gonzalez had hinted on this by quoting the Blessed Mother. She said the Warning would happen after a “synod.” Conchita, at the time she received this prophecy, was only 12 years old and hardly knew what a synod was.

At that time, the Second Vatican Council was going on, so Conchita was asked to explain whether she was referring to the council. She said no, and that she was referring to a “little council.”

There have been synods since then, but the prophecy on the timing of the Warning must be taken in the light of Conchita’s prophecy on the “three more popes” after then reigning John XXIII. Actually, Conchita had an addendum to this, saying that the Blessed Mother had cited four more popes, although one of them was not considered a legitimate pope.

Now, this doesn’t solve the quandary posed by the count, since Pope Francis is the fifth after John XXIII. An attempt to resolve this was taken from yet another Conchita’s quote of the Blessed Mother who allegedly also told her that one of the future popes would have a “very short reign.”

The assumption, mere assumption it seems, is that the Blessed Mother also did not include John Paul I whose reign lasted 33 months in 1978.

Thus, one Garabandal expert said Conchita was actually referring to five more popes after John XXIII, to include one that the Blessed Mother did not count as legitimate. Pope Francis is the fifth.

Your guess is as good as mine. Comes now the two-part synod on the family which started last year and whose main part is slated this October. The synod has proven to be most controversial. Google has enough items on the controversies, all revolving around the seeming liberality of Pope Francis.

Could Conchita be referring to his synod?

Stitching this with the count of popes including one who is not supposedly blessed by Heaven, a conclusion on the Warning timetable cannot but follow.

Now let’s revisit Conchita’s words on the
    Warning:

“First, a world-wide warning that will happen in the sky..like the collision of two stars that will not fall down …it will frighten all humanity regardless of where one happens to be at the time… it will be a thousand times worse than earthquakes… like a fire that will not burn our flesh … it will last a very short time, although to us it will seem to be a very long time … no one can prevent it from happening … It will be recognized as coming from God… it will resemble a punishment … it is meant to be a purification … like the revelation of our sins and what we will feel in our hearts will be worse than sorrow. It will not kill us, if we die it will be caused by the emotion within us. The date was not revealed only that it will happen before the announcement of the miracle.”

Time to repent and do penance.
