The 7ID, based in Fort Magsaysay in Nueva Ecija, said registration for applicants is now being held up to May 19 at the 7ID covered court. After the registration, qualified applicants will undergo pre-medical checkup at Fort Magsaysay Station Hospital (FMASH) on May 27 to 29.
“To ensure that applicants bear the competitiveness and skills needed for the Philippine Army, they will be properly screened through a trade test on June 1-5,” the 7ID said.
It said this “will test their knowledge and skills on their chosen fields.”
“Only best performers who will pass the trade test will advance to physical-medical examination,” it added.
The 7ID stressed that “the physical and medical condition of each applicant is vital upon their entry for candidate soldiers.”
“To make sure that each applicant is physically and medically fit for the training, they will be screened thoroughly at FMASH on June 8 to 26,” it added.
The 7ID also said that “to determine if the applicants have met the standards, the Headquarters, Philippine Army (HPA), will conduct validation to the qualified applicants who passed the physical and medical exam” on July 8 to 10 at Enlisted Personnel Clubhouse also in Fort Magssaysay.
Applicants who passed the HPA validation screening will be included in the Candidate Soldiers Course to convene on September 28 at 7th Division Training School, “The Philippine Army recruits the finest among applicants for candidate soldiers to ensure the recruitment of only the best and the brightest,” the 7ID also said.
