ANGELES CITY- It will be a homey new year for a total of 155 soldiers belonging to the 7th Infantry Division (7ID) after they received free housing units from the Philippine Army in San Jose City in Nueva Ecija.
Keys for the housing units were personally turned over to the benefi ciaries by Philippine Army Vice Commander and former Army Housing Board Chief Maj. Gen. Romulo Cabantac Jr.at the housing project in Sitio Pinaltakan, Barangay Caballero in Palayan.
“All dream of their own home and this project is how we respond to this dream of our soldiers and their families,” Cabantac said. With the housing project upgrading the morale of the soldiers, Cabantac urged the benefi ciaries “to be even more enthusiastic in contributing to the efficiency and upgrading of quality of their services in the Army.”
