Former Defense Secretary and senatorial candidate Gilbert (GIBO) Teodoro is leaning on his experience in both public and private sectors to be of better service to Filipinos as he vies for a seat in the Senate.
“Twelve years akong nasa private sector.
Gibo Teodoro was seated in the Lower House as a representative for the first district of Tarlac during the Estrada administration. He was then appointed as the Secretary of the Department of National Defense – the youngest to hold the position at age 43 – during the Arroyo administration.
After serving the government, the 1989 Bar Topnotcher served as Chairman and director to various companies in the past twelve (12) years, among these in the sectors of banking, mining, and energy.
With his vast experience in both public and private sectors, Gibo Teodoro vows to bridge the citizens and the government once seated in the Senate.
