IBA, Zambales — An American national was arrested by joint operatives of the Castillejos Municipal Police Station, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Regional Drug Enforcement Group in a buy-bust operation on the night of Jan. 18.
Zambales police director Col. Fitz A. Macariola identified the suspect as John Louis May Jr., 42, and resident of Barangay Del Pilar, Castillejos town. He was arrested after selling a sachet of shabu worth P1,000 to a police undercover agent.
Recovered from suspect were some 50 grams of shabu worth close to P340,000.
The suspect faces charges for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
