CLARK FREEPORT – Clark Marriott Hotel has officially opened its premier Chinese restaurant Wu Xing on Friday, January 7.
Helmed by award-winning chef Raymond Yeung, Wu Xing is set to offer authentic Cantonese dishes and other regional Chinese cuisines as it also specializes in traditional wood-roasted Beijing duck, a first to offer authentic Peking duck in Clark.
Its interior design is inspired by imperial court houses in China accentuated with table centerpieces by Kapampangan copper bonsai artist Andy Bondoc.
The grand opening event was graced by CDC president Ret. PBGen. Manuel Gaerlan, Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, Mabalacat City tourism officer Arwin Lingat and Clark Marriott Hotel general manager Goeran Solter, Ms. Universe Philippines 2013 Ariella Arida and Ms. Universe Philippines 2011 Shamcey Supsup.
