In Samal town, more than 500 have been inoculated with the anti-Covid-19 vaccines Thursday

Dr. Paul Ibarbia, Samal Rural Health Center physician, said that everyday there were people availing themselves of the vaccines but the growing number this Thursday was something special.

Asked if the increasing number of people coming to inoculation sites has something to do with the rising number of Covid–19 cases in Bataan, Ibarbia said “It is possible, natatakot din ang mga tao.”

The doctor said vaccination in the Samal covered court were usually scheduled and as much as possible, they do not encourage walk-ins.

“Dapat maging maingat ang lahat lalo na ngayon na tumataas ang mga kaso dahil sa Omicron variant,” Ibarbia said.
