CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Kalingang Fernandino Isolation Facility in Barangay San Isidro here bade its last Covid-19 patient good health and goodbye on Monday, effectively freeing it of any case of the dreaded disease.
This, as the city recorded zero Covid cases for three consecutive days from Dec. 5 to 7. There are only four active cases in the whole city as of Tuesday, one each in barangays Calulut, Del Pilar, San Jose, and Sta Lucia. All the other 29 barangays are clear of Covid.
All four cases are either under home isolation or admitted in private hospitals.
While noting the achievements of the city government in its anti-Covid efforts, Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago enjoins his constituents to be steadfast in observing established health protocols.
