IBA, Zambales — A woman in the police drug watch list arrested in a buy-bust operation Saturday evening in San Narciso town yielded some P180,000-worth of shabu.
Zambales police director Col. Romano Velayo Cardiño commended the San Narciso police station led by Lt. Kathryn Joy G. Miranda and the provincial drug enforcement unit for conducting the operation in Barangay Siminublan, San Narciso, that resulted in the arrest of Rosalie Macapagal y Cervantes, 31, of Purok Rosete St., Barangay Calapacuan, Subic.
Confiscated from the suspect possession were 39 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu with estimated weight of 29.69 grams and valued at P181,492.00; one gray/black pouch, one leather pouch brown/red, two leather wallets, and one shoulder bag black/gray; one touchscreen cellphone; assorted identification cards, two ATM cards, and one pawn ticket; cash amounting to P378 in different denominations and the P1,000 buy-bust money; and two pieces of SIM card bed.
Macapagal is now detained at San Narciso MPS facing charges for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
