IBA, Zambales – Joint elements of the Botolan police, 305th Mobile Force Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company arrested on Tuesday a municipal level most wanted person in the town.
In her report to Zambales police director Col. Romano Velayo Cardiño, acting Botolan chief of police Major Noemi Diaz identified the suspect as Danny Coloma, Jr. y De Leon, 49, of Purok 2, Barangay Beneg, Botolan.
Coloma was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest under CC No. CT21-8974 issued by Judge Ronald Leo T. Haban of RTC-Third Judicial Region, Branch 66, Capas, Tarlac, on July 23, 2021 for RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children ACT) with bail recommended at P72,000.
After his arrest, Coloma was taken to Dr. Florentino C. Doble Memorial Hospital, Barangay Taugtog, Botolan for medical examination and was subsequently brought to Botolan MPS for documentation.
“Once again I commend the men and women of Zambales PNP for another successful manhunt operation to account all on the loose criminals and bring MWP’s to the fold of justice and answer for the crimes they committed,” said Cardiño.
