Most wanted in Zambales, nabbed in Sorsogon

IBA, Zambales – Police engaged in “Manhunt Charlie” operations arrested in Donsol, Sorsogon Tuesday one of the most wanted persons in the province of Zambales.

Zambales police director Col. Romano Velayo Cardiño identified the suspect as Michael Miranda y Nulan, 40, resident of Barangay San Vicente,  Donsol, Sorsogon and listed as Most Wanted Person in Manhunt Charlie Municipal Level and No. 3 in Lambat Sibat Target Phase 1.

In his report to the ZPPO, Masinloc acting chief of police Major Ramil Menor said joint operatives of Masinloc and Donsol police stations arrested Miranda in Barangay Awaii, Donsol by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Consuelo Amog-Bocar of RTC Branch 71, Iba, Zambales with CC No. RTC-9376-I for attempted murder, with recommended bail of P120,000.

“Once again I commend Zambales PNP men and women for another successful manhunt operation to account all criminals on the loose and bring most wanted persons to the fold of justice and answer for the crimes they committed,” Cardiño said.
