Lakeshore celebrates 21 years, welcomes SquidPay as newest partner

MABALACAT CITY – Upholding a unique community and lakeside residential living, the Lakeshore Philippines, on Wednesday, September 8, celebrated its 21 years of prime real estate development.

The simple event started with a Holy Mass at the St. John Paul II chapel and was graced by Lakeshore Philippines president and chairman Architect Nestor Mangio and vice president Architect Brian Mangio together with the Lakeshore Philippines and Central Country Estates Inc. staff.

Lakeshore also welcomed its newest partnership with local financial technology company SquidPay which will afford its users discounts on Lakeshore amenities, international amortization, and payroll disbursement services.

Architect Brian Mangio shared the company’s progress report and recounted the success of their vaccination policy with over 94 percent of its staff who have received inoculations. Mangio added that health and safety are paramount and continues to follow the Covid-19 safety guidelines recommended by the Department of Health.

To further commemorate its 21-year milestone, 21,000 tilapia fingerlings were also released into the lake to represent new growth and prosperity. The event ended with the ceremonial lighting of its Christmas decorations as they welcome the holiday season.

Lakeshore Philippines is also offering a P21,000 reservation fee to any of its house and lot units in its 300-hectare property from its 12 existing villages. The anniversary promo will run from September to the end of October only.
