IBA, Zambales – This town’s most wanted drug personality has been arrested by operatives of the Zambales police.
Acting Subic police chief Major San Juan Felmar D. Aquino identified the suspect as Allan Villa y Huerte, 46, of Barangay Calapacuan, Subic.
In his report to Zambales police director Col. Romano Velayo Cardiño, Aquino said that about 9:35 a.m. of May 5, 2021, operatives of the Subic police apprehended the accused after long hours of manhunt operation at Barangay Calapacuan.
He was served an arrest warrant for violation of Sec. 11 & 12 of R.A. 9165 issued by Judge Richard Paradeza of RTC Branch 72, Olongapo City dated June 25, 2012 under CC Nr. 582-11 & 583-11 with recommended bail of P200,000 and P40,000.
Police added that the suspect had a previous case of attempted rape in 2003.
Cardiño commended the operating team for their accomplishment in the campaign against illegal drugs. He also urged the community to support the PNP campaign on anti-criminality within the Province of Zambales.
