MARIA AURORA, Aurora – Farmers affected by Typhoon Ulysses here received 480 bags of fertilizer through the joint efforts of the Department of Labor and Employment and the provincial government.
“The provincial government will continue the implementation of programs for the people to ensure that no one will be left behind especially amid the pandemic,” Vice Gov. Christian Noveras assured the farmers, among them members of the Napartak Nga Mannalon Association, an active organization in barangay Malasin.
Responding to the expression of gratitude by the farmer-beneficiaries, Noveras said taxpayers deserve to receive assistance and services from the government such as the distribution of fertilizer.
