CABANATUAN CITY — Two women – a repatriated overseas Filipino worker and a Metro Manila-based call center agent – were the latest reported positive cases of the coronavirus disease in Nueva Ecija on Thursday, June 11.
The two raised to 61 the total number of infections for the province even as 50 have fully recovered already and three have died, according to the provincial inter-agency task force.
NE–IATF reported Patient 60, as a 27-year-old resident of San Jose City who had travel history in Dubai and is presently admitted at the ASEAN Convention Center quarantine facility.
Patient 61, on the other hand, is a 36-year-old resident of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija who worked as a call center agent and was reportedly exposed to a co-worker on May 21.
She is under a strict home quarantine, the report said.
