OLONGAPO CITY – Operatives of the city drug enforcement unit and intelligence branch of Olongapo City Police Office arrested four “bigtime” drug peddlers and confiscated shabu worth P12.5 million in a buy–bust operation along Laban Street, Balic-Balic, Sta Rita here Monday.
Col. Bebjamin Sembrano, Jr., city police director, identified the suspects as Archie Boy Usenar y Uhad aka Archie; John Mark Serica y Fua aka Chokoy; Jeff Dennon Rivera y Nuevas aka Wami; and Michael Salac y Flores aka Mike, all residents of the said place.
Confiscated from the suspects were 39 heat–sealed transparent plastic sachets of shabu with approximate weight of 1,250.65 grams, with estimated street value of P12,500,000, and the buy–bust money amounting to P5,000.
Sembrano lauded the operating unit for a job well done and said that “the unwavering efforts of OCPO to eradicate all forms of illegal drugs shall remain steadfast despite the general community quarantine.”
