CABANATUAN CITY – Two confirmed cases of coronavirus disease were recorded in Nueva Ecija on Thursday, April 2, raising to 25 the confirmed cases in the province.
Based on the Nueva Ecija inter-agency’s infographics, Patient 24 is a 65-year-old from San Antonio town while Patient 25 is a 52-year-old resident of this city, both males.
Contact tracing is being conducted, according to the task force.
It can be recalled that Gov. Aurelio Umali, task force official, on Wednesday announced that two confirmed COVID–19 cases –– one from Gen. Natividad and the one in this city — have fully recovered and were discharged from the hospital.
Umali has been reiterating to the public that following protocols such as social distancing and home quarantine is the best way to contain and prevent the spread of Covid-19
