CITY OF SAN FERNANDO
 – Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda urged village chiefs to assess and identify citizens undergoing dialysis, chemotherapy, and other medical treatment in their respective barangays.

This, after various local government units in the province set up checkpoints to control the movement of people as part of the preventive measure imposed to curb the spread of Covid-19.

He also told the barangays to immediately coordinate with the city or municipal government the names of patients needing access to other areas, noting that not everyone has their own vehicle, there are some who are struggling, especially now that public transport facilities are suspended.

The governor also asked the help of each barangay in identifying individuals manifesting flu-like symptoms, such as cough and cold.
