Councilor Winwin Garbo (2nd from L), Chairperson of Queen Mabalacat 2020, joins finalists in the talent portion of the pre-pageant of one of the most prestigious beauty pageants in Central Luzon, Queen Mabalacat. Joining her are General Services Office head Jun Magbalot, Councilors Dwight Morales and Noel Castro. The 3 finalists are Shallon Grixy Balatbat Soriano (Candidate No. 13); Nicole Pineda Easton (Candidate 12); and Geraldine Marie Manabat Serrano (Candidate 14).
