The recent Memorandum filed by Mrs. Leni Robredo is a clear recognition of the validity of our third cause of action. She now echoes our assertion through her Memorandum for the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to now proceed with the conduct of the technical examination and reception of evidence for the provinces of Lanao Del Sur, Basilan, and Maguindanao. With her express affirmation, a great obstacle has been removed, and we look forward to an expeditious resolution of the question, “Who won the Vice Presidential election of 2016?”
