Jalad, OCD Administrator and NDRRMC Executive Director, regarding the present initiatives of OCD Regional Office III (OCD ROIII) during his visit to the regional office, Monday (23 December). Part of his visit is the awarding of Certificate of Commendation to OCD ROIII personnel for their invaluable service and contribution to the attainment of the goals and deliverables of the regional office for Calendar Year 2019.
